Used the online enquiry form. George's response was very prompt. He answered all my questions and was out to measure up within a day and a half of my first enquiry. Pet door was to go into a fixed panel of glass which I was advised must be new to ensure the integrity of the glass. This was something I wasn't aware of before looking at installing a pet door but made so much sense to replace the existing glass. George arranges everything. Was advised that the wait time would be two and a half weeks but glass was ready and installed by day 11 from being measured up. George was very efficient and professional and my dog was using the door almost immediately. Highly recommend Sydney Wide Pet Doors. Thank you George!

Very pleased with the service and the product. George was very responsive, turned up on time and gave excellent advice on the right doggie door for my Stella. A week and a bit later it was fitted with a minimum of fuss (and Stellaloves it). They’re a little more expensive than the others because they refuse to cut existing glass but rather will replace it with a whole new panel with the doggie door built in. I preferred that to the risk of cracking or breakage with a cut door. Have already recommended them to one friend who has also bought from them and will defs recommend to others! N D’Angelo, Bondi.

Excellent service and installation, George and Mick are very professional! Our installation, was a little different as we had a old iron door. Mick took his time and was able to install the door very accurately, also installing a second door which lined up perfectly. He also took the time to check that the original door we chose was the correct size, and as it turned out with his advice we went for the bigger door. He had to pay a little more but the extra cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them!

Fantastic Service. George was very quick to communicate and book appointments. Installation was done perfectly and the installers love of dogs was clear. He took the time to go through the door with me and then helped my girl to gain the confidence to give it a go going through the double door installation. We recently used Sydney Wide Pet Doors to have a dog door installed for our 2 Cavoodles. George came and quoted, measured the door for installation and we chose the aluminium version of the dog door. Once the glass was received George came back, replaced the glass with the pre-cut panel and installed the door door into it. The service was responsive, highly efficient and very friendly. The dogs love using the door and the panel you slide in to lock it is simple and effective. I recommend George and this service very highly.

thanks so much Sydney Wide Pet Doors ..on the 3rd Nov 2020 Mik (not sure of the spelling) .. came out to instal the doggy door in my screen door .. and while he was here took measurements for another doggy door for my glass window .. as they have to totally replace the existing window .. Mik was a really nice guy and we talked a lot about dogs .. 😏my mini foxie tod worked out really quickly how to use the doggy door .. starting with me holding it for him .. then calling him thru it .. treats involved of course .. !! ..George came out today .. friday 13th Nov .. a really good day .. lol ..he was a nice as his father and we chatted about dogs and cats etc ..he told me a very interesting story about a sausage dog who taught himself how to unlock the doggy door that was installed in a glass window .. the owners couldnt work it out until they put in a camera and caught him in the act ..anyway .. my entire experience with sydney wide pet doors was pleasant .. they did exactly what they said they would .. were on time and friendly ..i would definitely recommend them to anyone .. 🙂

I'm really happy with the product and the service. They are very responsive. I've called them and someone picked up the phone straight away. Explained the product and booked the installation the following day. Their price is very competitive and the installation was swift. I had a combo door installed (which can be tricky) and it aligned perfectly. Mick the installer even had my dogs try them out and though hesitant at first, he managed to get them through the door. He knows dogs as he has a cute Havanese pup himself. Thank you, this will make our life (and our dogs') so much easier! 👍

When I decided that it was time to get a doggie door installed, I rang around 2 different companies. One group didn't return my email or phone calls, however George from Sydney Wide Pet Doors was on the ball from the start.He made a time to come and measure up and confirm the quote. Ten days later, a guy by the name of Steve turned up and installed the door in no time. He cleaned everything up after him and I was most impressed with the service that I received,I would happily recommend Sydney Wide Pet Doors as I found them to be reasonably priced and their service was first class.

Great job done in our glass triple sliding door for a pet door for our cats. Quote was fast and accurate. Installation was smooth and on time and door works better than before! Payment process was nice and easy. Now we just have to persuade both cats to use it!
