I wanted a dog door installed, the process was simple and I experienced no issues. I was uncertain about sizing so they brought both sizes to ensure that I had what worked. Recently had a medium Pet-Tek Dog Walk door fitted into a glass panel next to my back door by George from Sydney Wide Pet Doors. Fantastic service from George. He was competitively priced, punctual, friendly, patient and very professional. Would recommend this service to anyone. George did a great job he even spent some time getting my Cav's to go through the door after he'd installed it. They are really enjoying the easy access in to and out of the house.

I made three enquiries with various Pet Door companies in Sydney. Based on price and reviews I made the deicion to go with Sydney Wide Pet Doors. Dealing with my enquiries was easy, George was great at answering my questions, polite and quick to respond. When George came out to visit and measure up, he was on time, very polite and considerate of the door placement. He advised on a 2-week installation, noting it may be earlier. I was delighted to hear that the following week the new glass was ready - arranging a time for install was easy. George came in on time, installed with no fuss and advised on how to get our furry doggy "Lucky" through the door -- and that was that! I could not believe how easy it all was (much easier than Lucky learning how to use the door!). Definately recommend ;)

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with George at Sydney Wide Pet Doors. He visited our apartment just days after we spoke to take measurements and was it was then so quick to organise our glass and doggy door. We were worried the door might let sound through as we are in a high rise apartment block with heavy traffic below, but the sound is completely blocked out and cannot hear or feel anything from outside. Our puppy was so happy to finally have his own way out and figured out how to use the door immediately as it’s so easy to use. Fantastic service and product I would highly recommend!!

Its really rare to find a business on Google where all 5 star reviews are really true. We had the best experience with Sydney wide pet doors, George was so polite, friendly and accommodating. We needed him to come after hours to measure and install the pet door and nothing was too much trouble. He was also very responsive to messages and calls. I'm so happy we picked him to install the pet door. Our cat got used to it immediately and I think that's due the quality of the door itself, so 5 stars all round! I recently contacted Sydney Wide Petdoors to install a dog door in my glass door on a new home build in Chester Hill. George was very accommodating from the onset, quickly organizing time to meet me on site to measure up the job. Once measured, a few days later George contacted me to advise the door/glass was ready and he could install the very same day. I checked the door when I got home and needless to say the quality and workmanship was second to none and it operates perfectly and looks excellent. What an amazingly GREAT experience! In an era of lots of talk about “customer service” it is generally so lacking everywhere you go - but NOT when it came to George! George went out of his way to find a solution and even turned up on the day with TWO pieces of cut glass of slightly differing colours to get the closest match he could! Who does that? And who does that at THEIR cost???!!! (He quoted a price and even after turning up with the 2 options wouldn’t take more money as he just wanted it to look like it was made that way - ie. perfect. It was lovely to see the pride George takes in his work)!George’s workmanship was excellent. He cleaned up after himself and the finished doggie door looks amazing! He was also lovely with the dog and very considerate of him coming and going (he got out of the kitchen) when George had nails and glue around.All in all we couldn’t be happier. Great product. Great workmanship. Great price. And exceptional - EXCEPTIONAL - customer service! I highly recommend George and Sydney Wide Pet Doors!
